With previous experience with the I Edition of PSS Talent Campus for Accenture, our team decided to organize a second edition of our program to search for young talent that met the requirements that Kyndryl, one of the most powerful companies in the technology sector, had proposed for its project.
With this, PSS took our client's requirements and presented a plan to recruit, train and technically prepare a team of 10 people for their project.
Thus, working together, we managed to find the right profiles in a short time, train the team and incorporate them into Accenture successfully.
